Overview

Working closely with the Medical Rostering Lead, you will help ensure the system is used effectively, kept up to date and fully aligned with Trust policies. You'll support managers by providing clear, proactive E-Rostering reports and analysis, helping them make informed decisions about staffing and rota management.

You will champion best practice in line with the HealthRoster Policy and be a point of support for users across the organisation. There will also be opportunities to deputise for the Medical Rostering Lead, giving you valuable leadership experience in a high-impact project.

Responsibilities

* Support the Medical Rostering Lead with the day-to-day implementation and management of E-Rostering.
* Maintain and update SOPs to reflect new system functions.
* Provide administrative support for rolling out E-Rostering across all wards and departments.
* Accurately input data and provide teams with relevant rostering information.
* Update posts, structures and assignments promptly.
* Ensure ESR and E-Rostering data match and align establishments with Finance.
* Produce KPI reports, trend analysis and complex HealthRoster reports.
* Manage workload effectively in a busy, changeable environment.
* Act as a key contact and problem-solver for all E-Rostering queries.
* Identify training needs, plan and deliver E-Rostering and Bank user training.
* Support staff in using the system confidently and effectively.
* Present information clearly to support decision-making.
* Maintain own knowledge, skills and professional development.
* Support audits, identify risks and take appropriate action.
* Assist Staffing Solutions and system users with queries or issues.
* Maintain user profiles and access levels; elevate technical issues as needed.
* Carry out ongoing data-cleansing to keep the system accurate and effective.
* Undertake additional duties as required by the manager.
