As an HR Business Partner supporting our Head Office teams, you will play a critical role in driving business performance through people strategy, delivering clear, measurable impact on growth, capability and organisational effectiveness.
This is a high impact, delivery-focused role where you will partner closely with senior leaders to shape and execute people plans that directly influence business outcomes. You will be expected to own initiatives end-to-end, from diagnosis through to delivery, ensuring tangible results rather than simply supporting activity.
You will operate at pace, connect multiple business challenges, and translate complex organisational needs into clear, actionable solutions that improve performance.
Location: We offer hybrid working, with an expectation that you will be present at our Nuneaton office for a minimum of 2 days per week.
The Role
* Partner senior leaders to align people plans with business priorities
* Identify capability gaps and work with Talent and L&D teams to deliver targeted development
* Support organisational change and transformation to improve effectiveness and performance
* Provide insight and challenge on organisation design, workforce planning and team effectiveness
* Lead the delivery of our talent and performance strategy, building a strong performance culture
* Encourage and support teams to engage with performance processes, tools and systems
* Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines
* Collaborate with HR Centres of Expertise to deliver practical, scalable people solutions
