Senior Performance Marketing Manager
£60,000-£80,000k | Hybrid
The Brand
We are working in exclusive partnership with a science-led luxury longevity brand operating across supplements, skincare, and clinical-grade devices. With strong global revenue growth and a well respected brand, the business is now levelling up their sophistication around paid acquisition. They are now ready to hire a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who will report into the Chief Revenue Officer and be the architect of Paid Media strategy for the brand.
The Role:
This role is about owning and levelling up the entire paid acquisition function:
* Own agency relationships, budget allocation, and channel strategy
* Build a more robust measurement framework (moving beyond last click)
* Bring structure to testing, funnel performance and investment decisions
* Drive smarter channel mix (currently heavily Meta-led but also across Google, YouTube, Connected TV and some Display)
It’s a strategic, commercially focused role with real ownership – less about hands-on execution at this stage, more about driving performance and decision confidence at scale.

You:
* You are a seasoned Performance expert who understands that selling a £2,000 product isn’t the same as selling a £20 t-shirt.
* You thrive at the intersection of high-end luxury and data-driven growth, knowing exactly how to navigate the long-consideration journey of a discerning global customer.
* You have a proven track record in high-ticket sectors (think luxury furniture, high-end travel, or premium consumer tech).
* You know how to manage and get the absolute best out of external agencies. You treat them as partners, but you’re savvy enough to get \"into the weeds\" of media buying to ensure every pound is working hard.
* You have a deep understanding of attribution and MMM (Marketing Mix Modeling)
* You have global marketing experience (the U.S. is essential)
* You are comfortable managing a heavy mix of Meta, Google, YouTube, Connected TV, and Native ads- META is absolutely essential.
* You possess a true startup mentality. You don’t wait for permission; you bring confidence to your decisions and you're excited by the challenge of scaling a brand.
* You're able to decode complex customer personas and able to work closely with their Creative Strategist to ensure their education led performance approach remains strong.
