Food & Beverage Team Member

What you will be doing:
* Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks efficiently
* Assist with food preparation, including basic cooking and plating when needed
* Operate POS systems, order processing and payments
* Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing work areas, and adhering to food safety standards
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
* Support kitchen staff with food handling, prep work, and ensuring proper sanitation practices
Qualifications
Experience
* Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
* Familiarity with quick service or fast-food operations is advantageous
* Knowledge of POS systems such as Bizzon /Macros
* Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods
* Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests
* Basic math skills for order handling, retail math, and order accuracy
* Experience working in a café, retail store, or grocery environment is beneficial.
