Quotacom are proud to be partnered with a leading digital health organisation at the forefront of innovation in radiology and radiotherapy. The company delivers advanced digital solutions that enhance patient care and operational efficiency, leveraging AI, data analytics, and cloud technology to transform services across the NHS.


Due to their continued success, they are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join a high impact, commercially critical team supporting Managed Equipment Services (MES) customers. This role focused on protecting and growing multi-million-pound strategic relationships with NHS Trusts. The successful candidate will have ideally 7 years in strategic account management or relationship-led business development, ideally within the healthcare sector, and strong knowledge of Managed Equipment Services (MES).


Key Responsibilities


* Build, deepen, and manage long-term, trusted advisor relationships with key customers.
* Act as the main point of contact and internal advocate for each customer, engaging effectively with stakeholders at: C-suite level, Clinical level and Operational level.
* Retain and renew MES contracts, positioning the organisation as a long-term strategic partner aligned with each hospital’s vision and values.
* Identify and capitalise on opportunities for strategic growth within existing accounts (e.g. radiotherapy, AI, predictive analytics).
* Develop and execute account strategies that emphasise service-based, non-transactional solutions that add measurable value and support the hospital’s strategic goals.
* Manage contract variations and present commercial cases internally to support business objectives.


Key Requirements


* Proven success in managing and expanding key customer accounts, with a strong focus on long-term retention and solution-based value creation.
* Relationship-driven role (not transactional sales) requiring strategic partnership management and customer advocacy.
* Skilled at building influence and credibility across all stakeholder levels.
* Demonstrate integrity, transparency, and a values-led approach in all interactions.
* Calm, composed, and professional when navigating complex or high-stakes NHS stakeholder discussions.
* Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of working autonomously to deliver measurable impact quickly.
* 7+ years’ experience in strategic account management or relationship-led business development, ideally within healthcare.
* Deep knowledge of Managed Equipment Services (MES) is a major advantage.
* Radiotherapy expertise or a clinical background combined with MES experience is highly desirable
* Proven success managing complex, long-term contracts and achieving performance outcomes over multi-year partnerships.
