Job Description
The Private Client Solicitor will be:
* Handling a broad range of non-contentious private client matters
* Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Managing estate administration, including IHT advice and account preparation
* Running your own caseload with supervision and support
* Participating in team and firmwide business development initiatives
The Successful Applicant
The successful Private Client Solicitor should have:
* A solicitor or equivalent with 1-3 years PQE in private client law
* Experienced in estate administration and tax matters
* Skilled in drafting Wills and LPAs
* A confident communicator with strong client care skills
* Enthusiastic about business development and team collaboration
