Occupational Therapist — Salary: £31,049 - £37,796 FTE; Location: Yorkshire; 35 hours per week.
Role Summary
We're seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join a specialist team in York. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, providing occupational therapy to individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI).
Responsibilities
* Manage and prioritize a caseload with supervision.
* Assess, plan, and implement evidence-based interventions to improve a person's self-maintenance, productivity, and leisure skills.
* Work autonomously while under supervision.
* Manage your workload, support colleagues, and help maintain a safe and secure environment.
About You / Qualifications
* Degree or diploma in Occupational Therapy and be registered with the relevant professional body.
* Experience working with individuals with neurological deficits or acquired brain injuries is essential.
* Experience with specialist interventions, such as cognitive rehabilitation, is highly valued.
* Willingness to obtain a practice placement qualification within your first year.
