Key Responsibilities:- Carry out plastering work on residential homes, focusing on achieving a flawless finish.
- Prepare surfaces and select appropriate materials for various plastering techniques.
- Maintain a tidy and safe workspace at all times, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other trades to ensure all project milestones are met.
- Understand and implement safety practices, particularly when working with hazardous materials or at heights.
The Ideal Candidate will have:- Proven experience in plastering, specifically within residential housing projects.
- Strong plastering skills with a keen eye for detail.
- A commitment to high-quality workmanship and reliable project delivery.
- Own tools and personal protective equipment (PPE).
- A valid CSCS Card to work on construction sites.
