While predominantly working closely with the super friendly, down to earth and very encouraging sales team, there will be some crossover with lovely people in other departments from time to time.

Office Angels has proudly partnered with them for many years - and we're confident you'll love the team and culture.\n\n⭐ Overview & Benefits: \n\n📍 Location: Team Valley, Gateshead - Free Parking On-Site\n💰 Salary: £25,000, possibly negotiable depending on experience \n 📅 Contract: Permanent\nHours: 36-hour workweek with flexible start & finish times: \nMonday-Thursday: 8:20 AM - 4:30 PM\nFriday: 8:20 AM - 1:30 PM (early finish!)\nHybrid Working: Work-from-home Fridays (post-training)\nBenefits: 25 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays, Pension: 6% employer / 2% employee, Life Assurance, Health Cash Plan, Share Incentive Plan, Cycle to Work Scheme, Holiday Purchase Scheme, Long-Service Holiday Rewards, Discounts to Local AttractionsKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the centralised inbox to ensure efficient response rates, handling email and telephone enquiries promptly.\nSupport the department by answering inbound calls and addressing pricing and account queries.\nCreate new accounts and update existing account details such as invoicing addresses and primary contacts, via internal system.\nIssue and gain approval for credit notes.\nMaintain accurate customer and account data, including regular updates, de-duplication, and data cleansing activities.\nProvide basic user support for CRM (Dynamics 365), including day-to-day queries, troubleshooting, and user training on best practices.\nAssist with CRM system configuration tasks such as updating fields, forms, views, and work-flows under guidance.\nRun and distribute routine reports and dashboards to support commercial and customer service activities.\nGeneral administration support to a busy team.✅ What We're Looking For\n\nExperience in Administration is essential, be it general admin, sales admin or similar customer support/admin role\nFamiliarity with Dynamics 365 CRM (preferred)\nExcellent communication skills (Teams, phone, and email)\nStrong IT skills: confident with Office 365 and CRM systems\nOrganised, self-motivated, and a quick learner with strong attention to detail\nA collaborative team player who isn't afraid to take initiative\nA positive attitude and desire to continuously improve processes\nCommitment to quality, health & safety, and company standards👣 Next Steps\n\nReady to bring your organisational skills to a business that puts people first?
