Overview
A global exhibition company are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead the marketing for their beauty exhibitions portfolio in the UK. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the UK beauty industry, including its trends, leading brands, distribution channels, associations, influencers, and buyer landscape. They will also be happy to travel to other countries as part of their role.

* Up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience

Responsibilities
* Identify and secure partnerships with industry associates, media outlets, and influencers
* Attend industry events to network with key players and foster partnerships
* Craft compelling, tailored messaging for each audience segment
* Maintain a consistent and distinctive tone across all marketing channels
* Set KPIs for each campaign, analyse performance data to guide campaign optimisation
* Use CRM, analytics, and AI-driven solutions to enhance targeting and personalisation
* Work closely with the Exhibition Managers to align sales and marketing efforts
* Partner with the Senior Partnerships Executive and Social Media Manager to develop joint campaigns and partnerships
* Brief and manage external agencies, ensuring deliverables meet timelines and budgets
Requirements
* 3–5 years’ experience in Beauty B2B marketing (event marketing experience preferred)
* Proven understanding of the UK beauty industry (essential), including product categories, retail/distribution channels, and key players.
* A genuine passion for the beauty sector and the ability to translate industry excitement into compelling campaigns
* Willingness to attend events and meetings in London and other UK hubs to actively network and represent the brand
* Willingness to travel abroad to attend exhibitions in various countries
