About the Role: one of my local government clients is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused HR & Recruitment Officer to join a College in Sutton, supporting the Employee Relations Manager and the wider leadership team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of the college’s HR function within a dynamic educational environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver generalist HR administrative support across the College * Provide accurate and timely advice in line with policies, procedures, and employment law * Maintain up-to-date HR records with full data integrity and confidentiality * Lead on managing the College's Single Central Register (SCR), reporting regularly to senior leaders * Coordinate and manage the full recruitment process for all college roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience and full compliance About You: * Experience in an HR/recruitment administrative role, preferably within education or the public sector * Strong understanding of HR processes, compliance, and best practice * Proficient in maintaining HR databases and records * Excellent communication and organisational skills * Familiarity with Single Central Register (SCR) management is highly desirable If interested in this role please send your CV to Lee-Juan at Coyle Personnel Ltd
