H9 Human Resources are currently looking for an experienced HR Advisor to work with an amazing client based in West Yorkshire This is an exciting role with exposure to a wide range of generalist HR activities and plenty of opportunity to develop. Some of the duties for this role are but not limited too: Providing expert advice on employee relations issues in line with Group policies and guidelines and employment law. Particularly sickness absence, discipline, grievance, capability/performance management. Assisting employees on general HR matters and providing advice and coaching to line managers as necessary. Following up with professional written communications. Escalating complex, risky or sensitive issues to HR leadership for support as necessary. A comprehensive understanding of Group Compliance requirements and ensuring the application of those requirements. The salary will be between £30,000pa-£35,000pa dependant on experience.
