Working as part of a collaborative and ambitious team, you'll manage customer relationships, handle enquiries and quotations, and help drive continued business growth. Key responsibilities:
* Build and develop strong customer relationships
* Manage and grow existing customer accounts
* Process orders, quotations and customer enquiries
* Identify opportunities to increase customer spend
* Work closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service
* Provide solutions and support within a competitive market
Essentials:
* Experience within account management, internal sales or commercially focused customer service
* Strong relationship building skills
* Commercial awareness and proactive mindset
* Ability to influence and identify opportunities
* Strong communication skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Desirable:
* Experience within Mechanical Services or a similar industry sector
