PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.
We're now looking for a Site Trainer to play an integral role at the heart of our operations, ensuring that every flight is a success.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
* Delivery of training courses to new and existing colleagues.
* To conduct all Ground Service Equipment (GSE) training in accordance with current legislation and company requirements
* To devise, implement and conduct GSE operators' courses
* To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
* Display a professional image
* To provide and support all mandatory, compliance and induction training
* Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards and legislation mandatory requirements.
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

* Previous experience in aviation, a strong understanding of DHL's safety policies and procedures, and extensive knowledge of airlines and airport authorities is desirable but not essential
* A forward-thinking and organized leader with strong interpersonal skills, proven in team and self-development
* Strong teamwork and communication skills, as you will be working closely with a diverse group of colleagues and airline personnel.
* Good IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
* Train the Trainer' certificate or Training qualification is desirable
* Full UK driving license (manual) - essential
* Delivering Aviation Security training

* To obtain a full airside ID, you must:
* Be able to provide five years' address history
* Be able to provide five years' reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)
