Standard Hours Monday- Friday 39 hours plus out of hours on call. An outline of your responsibilities and experience Applications are welcome from experienced candidates that have a Multi Trade Joinery background, joinery experience essential. Joinery – repairs of various doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms and general type of duties to ensure functionality. Flooring experience essential Vinyl floor laying vinyl flooring, cap and cove Plumbing desirable – Replacing or repairing sanitaryware, toilets, baths, shower trays, basins, refurbishment of shower heads and taps. Painting and decorating experience preferred Social Housing experience is essential as you will be working in tenanted properties on general repairs maintenance Working from job tickets or a handheld device on a daily basis linked to a live shared system. Trusted to manage your own day and workload effectively Always delivering an outstanding service to customers with the understanding that you are working in their homes Following Novus’ exemplary Health and Safety policies and standards NVQ Level 2/3 Joinery Full UK driving license is required.
