What We’re Looking For Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) qualification and valid NMC PIN. Previous leadership or senior nurse experience in a mental health setting. Strong understanding of rehabilitation approaches for mental health conditions. Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills. Lead, motivate, and mentor nursing and support staff to deliver safe, effective, person-centred care. Oversee care planning and ensure compliance with CQC standards. Balance supernumerary management duties with clinical shifts to stay engaged in frontline care. Foster a positive, recovery-focused environment that empowers service users.
