Job Description
* Manage and oversee employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, and workplace disputes.
* Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organisational policies.
* Offer guidance and support to managers on HR-related issues.
* Develop and implement policies to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
* Conduct investigations and provide recommendations for resolution.
* Maintain accurate documentation and records related to employee relations cases.
* Deliver training sessions for staff on HR policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal teams to foster a positive workplace culture.
The Successful Applicant
A successful ER Manager should have:
* A strong background in employee relations and human resources.
* Proven ability to handle sensitive issues with professionalism and confidentiality.
* Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in drafting and implementing HR policies.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
