We're recruiting for a leading manufacturer of electrical control panels supplying industries across automation, engineering, and beyond. They're expanding - and need a proactive Accounts Administrator / Bookkeeper to keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
* Take ownership of the purchase ledger (Livecosts & Sage)
* Manage calls, emails and general office admin with confidence
* Keep projects on track - from schedules to job orders
* Handle supplier purchasing and inventory records
* Support with invoices, payroll, pension and CIS
* Oversee shipping and logistics paperwork
* Collaborate with production, sales and engineering teams
What We're Looking For
* Admin/accounts experience (manufacturing/industrial/construction a plus)
* Strong payroll and CIS knowledge
* Confident with Microsoft Office (Sage is a bonus)
* Organised, detail-driven and able to multitask
* A strong communicator who gets things done
