The primary purpose of this role is to engage with key and target clients and, manufacturer partners and liaise with internal stakeholders. Objective:The primary objective of this role is to find new business opportunities, whilst nurturing and developing existing business. Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets in line with the company’s strategic growth plans.

Core Alignment Responsibilities:
·Understand and support the company's mission, vision and values

Role Responsibilities:
·Receiving and Processing Stock: Input/ updating computerised records, unloading deliveries, checking goods for damage, and ensuring they are stored correctly.
·Order Picking and Packing: Selecting items via RF gun from storage, based on system generated orders, packing them securely, and preparing them for shipment.
·Inventory Control: Keeping accurate records of stock levels, conducting regular inventory checks via RF gun, and reporting discrepancies.
·Maintaining Cleanliness and Safety: Ensuring the warehouse is clean, organized, and adheres to safety regulations.
·Operating Equipment: Using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other MHE to move / store goods.
·Quality Control: Inspecting products for defects and ensuring that all outgoing shipments meet quality standards.
·Communication: Maintain good communications with clients via email / phone
·Ad-hoc duties as requested by Management
·May be required to carry out deliveries utilising company vehicles (Full and valid driver’s license is required, group insurance restrictions allowing)
