Your new role
As Marketing Automation Manager, you will lead a dedicated team and drive the development and optimisation of marketing automation strategies. This role is central to delivering data-driven marketing initiatives, enhancing customer engagement, and supporting a wider digital transformation programme.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Leading and coaching the marketing automation team (onshore/offshore).
2. Designing and implementing automation workflows to improve customer journeys and lifecycle marketing.
3. Overseeing marketing automation tools and ensuring best practice.
4. Collaborating with IT and data teams to maintain system integrity and CRM integration.
5. Analysing behavioural data to refine segmentation and targeting strategies.
6. Managing end-to-end campaign automation across email and multi-channel workflows.
7. Monitoring performance metrics and providing actionable insights to improve ROI.
