Join Our Team as a Support Worker in Trowbridge (BA14)
Trowbridge, BA14 (Just a 4min Drive From Trowbridge Train Station)
83 per hour (£50 per Sleep-In Shift)
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
Driver Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence Covering for Manual Vehicles (Essential)

You'll be supporting people with a range of needs including learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and complex health conditions. Some individuals are highly independent, while others require more hands-on support. As a Support Worker, you'll be:
Supporting people to make choices and live as independently as possible.
Daily Living Support: Helping with personal care, mobility, medication, and meal preparation.
Engaging in Activities: From community outings to hobbies at home, you'll help people enjoy meaningful experiences.
Bringing energy, compassion, and consistency to every shift.
You'll be working in a supportive environment with a manager who is hands-on, approachable, and committed to helping you grow.
Shift Patterns:
Early Shifts
Late Shifts
Sleep-In Shifts (Paid at £50 per night) Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.
Brings energy and ideas to every shift.
Flexible & Reliable: Happy to work a variety of shifts and adapt to different needs.
Whether you're new to support work or have years of experience, we want to hear from you! Full training is provided, and we'll support you every step of the way.
