Registered Primary Care Nurse - HMP Berwyn
HMP Berwyn is a category C local training prison with a remand function serving courts in North Wales, with a capacity of 2000 men.
Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) provides a dedicated health and wellbeing service supporting patients with complex needs, including physical health, mental health, and substance misuse issues.
We offer training and development opportunities in our friendly and supportive teams. Full-time, part-time, flexible working, fixed shift patterns, weekends, and night-only contracts are available, along with a range of employee benefits.
Shift times vary: day cover from 07:00-19:30 and night cover from 19:00-07:30.

Main duties of the job
You will perform core duties alongside colleagues from Mental Health, Learning Disability, and Substance Misuse services, as well as providing support in your specialised area. You will assist your Team Leader in managing and supervising the work of Band 5 Nurses and Healthcare Support Workers in your team.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; applications from English and Welsh speakers are equally welcome.
