This post is temporary to provide maternity cover for approximately 12 months starting January 2026.
We are looking for a polite and helpful individual to join our Customer Services team on a temporary basis. As a Customer Services Advisor you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience to external and internal customers. This will include working on reception, operating switchboard and a range of other administrative duties.
The successful candidate will have strong customer focus and the ability to communicate to a high standard both in person, writing and via the telephone providing, wherever possible a ‘one stop’ experience.
You should have a positive attitude together with the ability to learn quickly, prioritise and be able to work under pressure both within the team and individually.
