We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Has expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by relevant publications
* Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
* Understands the strengths and limitations of different approaches and can propose tailored solutions
* Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results to teams and stakeholders
* Aligns business and team development goals, and proactively seeks new business opportunities
* Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets
* Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and approving deliverables
* Managing client relationships and expectations
* Leading team development and mentoring
* Contributing to resource planning and strategic initiatives
* Supporting effective communication and conflict resolution
* Providing methodological input and sign-off on proposals
* Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
* Identifying growth opportunities and staffing needs
* Travel may be required
Qualifications:
* 15+ years' experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
* Master’s degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
* Experience leading research teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
