Our international banking client are looking for a temporary team member for their Client Service team, to be responsible for the day-to-day servicing of a book of private clients, this is a 6-month contract. Your responsibilities will include working closely with the Relationship Manager to coordinate the onboarding of new clients, receiving and processing instructions from clients (including payments, security trades, foreign exchanges, Notice and Fixed deposits, corporate actions and static data changes), identifying opportunities to cross and up sell the Bank’s products and services, working with the Relationship Manager to convert these leads and record them in the appropriate database, communicating with clients daily, handling general enquiries, assisting clients with online banking setup and enquiries, as well as assisting with client periodic risk reviews and trigger reviews as and when required, in order to assess ongoing risks to the bank and to help close any KYC/AML shortfalls. Your qualifications and skills need to include excellent interpersonal skills, experience in a financial services client facing role, a strong ability to effectively support client relationships and to build relationships in conjunction with the Relationship Manager, and advanced knowledge of Outlook / proficient IT skills.
