We are currently recruiting for the role of Social Media Coordinator to join our team .
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
* Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
* Create and curate engaging content for social media posts, including text, images, and videos
* Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback
* Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
* Analyse social media data and insights to track performance and make recommendations for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing
Experience:
* Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator or similar role
* Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in content creation tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
* Knowledge of public relations principles and practices
* Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple social media accounts simultaneously
