Customer Sales & Services Representative – Southport – start date 30th June 2025.
We are recruiting for experienced Customer Service professionals to work for a well-known, established insurance company! Paymentshield is one of our brands within Markerstudy Distribution. Paymentshield is a leading insurance provider, enabling financial advisers and tenants' service companies to offer quality insurance products to customers.
The purpose of this role is to deliver excellent customer service by providing a personal and professional experience over the telephone, resolving customer enquiries.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service and have effective communication skills.
This is a full-time position, working a shift pattern covering the opening hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. You will be required to work 1 in 3 Saturdays from 9am – 2pm.
Salary for this position is £24,500 per annum.
Please note this is a hybrid position with a split between working from the office and at home, however for the initial training period you are required to be in the office full time.
