We’re working with a well-established financial planning business that’s looking to appoint an experienced and self-sufficient Administrator to support their growing team. This is a part-time, flexible role (up to 30 hours per week), ideally suited to someone with a background in financial services administration and a keen eye for detail. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of advice and ongoing client service, working remotely but with the ability to travel to the Lincoln office occasionally when needed. What you’ll be doing: Drafting and formatting suitability reports, annual review letters, and other client-facing communications to a consistently professional standard. Troubleshooting formatting issues and helping to create and maintain polished, compliant document templates using Microsoft Word. Keeping client data accurate and up to date in the CRM system (Concert Hub). Handling administrative processes across various investment platforms and liaising with Openwork’s Advice Quality Team as required. Supporting operational and compliance processes, ensuring all records and documentation are current and meet regulatory standards. Managing your own workload efficiently and independently, delivering high-quality outputs without the need for close supervision. What we’re looking for: Previous experience in financial services administration – ideally within a wealth management or financial planning firm. Strong Microsoft Word skills, particularly formatting and document consistency. Familiarity with investment platforms and client management systems (Concert Hub experience would be a bonus). A self-starter who is comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently. Someone within a commutable distance of Lincoln for occasional in-person meetings. This is a flexible role offering the chance to work in a collaborative, values-led business that prioritises quality and long-term relationships. If you take pride in your accuracy, organisation, and ability to support a team behind the scenes – we’d love to hear from you.
