\nKey Responsibilities of the Litigation Solicitor:

* Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and personal injury claims.

* Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of civil litigation matters.
\n\t
* Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
\n\t
* Actively participating in the business development and marketing efforts of the department.
\n\t
* Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression.

* Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.
