The Programme Management Office (PMO) is the information hub for the SAP S/4HANA transformation programme, handling tracking/reporting, assurance/quality control, information management, financial tracking, risk/issue tracking, change control, support, and knowledge management/learning from experience.
Salary
Up to £68,000 depending on experience.
Dynamic (hybrid) working
3 days per week on-site due to workload classification.
Security Clearance
British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Requires HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS).

The opportunity
MBDA is transforming its SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA through the IMPACT Programme. As part of the Digital Excellence Directorate, you will work in a central PMO team, focusing on Project Management and Change Management with Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
* Utilise standard PMO methods and tools across the IMPACT Programme with DEx applicable practices
* Report to the Programme Manager for IMPACT, primarily driving deployment across UK, France, Italy, and future Germany
* Develop core programme themes: coordinated plans, timely delivery, dependency handling, resource deployment, international collaboration, outcome achievement, and benefits realisation
* Provide monthly dashboard reports and communicate scope changes, delivery expectations, and KPIs
* Manage PMO tools and Change Management tools, handling actions and ensuring effective activity management delegated by the Programme Manager
* Contribute to governance structures and forum participation for project delivery
* Create and maintain an integrated project plan outlining scope, schedule, budget, and resources using Primavera and JIRA
What we're looking for from you
* Experience as a PMO, preferred
* Experience with Primavera preferred; JIRA essential
* Ability to identify and report deviations from baseline, monitor KPIs, trigger exception reports and escalations
* Preparation of consolidated material from project reports for weekly/monthly review
* Completion and distribution of monthly programme level reports
* Experience with finance planning and building budgets of varying sizes for each WBS element with monthly performance monitoring
* Knowledge of risk and quality management methodology/tools
