An established care provider is seeking an exceptional Registered Care Home Manager to lead a well-regarded residential and nursing service into its next phase of growth and excellence. The Opportunity As Registered Manager, you will take full operational responsibility for the home, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and compassionate care. You will play a key role in shaping the culture, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, while creating an environment where residents and staff can truly thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide strong, visible leadership to the care and nursing teams
* Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, including CQC standards
* Drive high-quality, person-centred care outcomes for all residents
* Develop, mentor, and retain a motivated, skilled workforce
* Manage budgets and resources effectively to ensure sustainable operations
* Build positive relationships with residents, families, professionals, and external stakeholders
* Lead on inspections and continuously improve service quality ratings
About You
* Experienced Registered Manager within a residential or nursing care setting
* Nursing qualification with active registration (desirable/required depending on service)
* In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection xsngvjr frameworks
* Proven leadership ability with a compassionate, people-focused approach
* Strong commercial awareness and operational management skills
* Passionate about delivering exceptional care and driving continuous improvement
