Residential Property Lawyer, 2:5 Years PQE, Hampshire / Hybrid, GBP Competitive : A new role for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer. JOB REF: 0735.
The Role
* As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage a varied caseload of transactions from instruction to completion.
* Handling sales, purchases, re:mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity
* Conducting title checks and preparing all necessary legal documentation
* Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors to ensure smooth, timely completions
* Offering clear, practical legal advice with excellent client care
* Collaborating with the wider property team to enhance service delivery and efficiency
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with between 2:5 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
* Strong experience managing a caseload independently
* Solid understanding of the full conveyancing process
* Excellent communication and client relationship skills
* A proactive, detail:oriented and organised approach
