Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, ensuring they feel safe, engaged, and supported.
Implement effective behaviour management strategies, including de-escalation techniques.
Assist with maintaining a positive learning environment, even in challenging situations.
Build trusting relationships with pupils and act as a consistent, reliable role model.
Support the wider teaching team in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience working with vulnerable learners in an educational setting.
Strong behaviour management skills, including de-escalation and conflict resolution.
