Description
* Assist with preparing financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
* Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and reconcile accounts as needed.
* Process invoices, expenses, and other financial documents with precision.
* Collaborate with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
* Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
* Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
* Contribute to improving financial processes and procedures within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Assistant Accountant should have:
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
