Are you a strategic HSQE professional looking to shape, drive, and embed high standards across multiple sites? A long-established industrial group with sites in Hereford is on the lookout for a Group HSQE Manager to take the lead on all things Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment.
This role offers the chance to make a real impact across three operational sites, reporting directly to the MD, and working closely with senior leadership.
🔧 The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Leading the group’s health & safety systems (SSOW, RAs, audits, training)
* Managing and developing ISO 9001, 14001 & 45001 frameworks
* Driving environmental initiatives and compliance
* Handling quality systems, audits, and customer complaints
* Creating a proactive culture around safety and continuous improvement
* Influencing at all levels from shopfloor to boardroom
📋 What You’ll Need
* NEBOSH qualified
* Lead Auditor certified (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 14001/45001)
* 5+ years in a similar HSQE leadership role
* Manufacturing or industrial background strongly preferred
* Great communication, influencing, and leadership skills
* Confidence working across multiple sites
