Residential Conveyancer
Leicestershire – circa £40,000+ (DOE). Experienced, motivated individual for expanding property department.
Responsibilities
* Manage own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion, including sales, purchases, leasehold and freehold transactions, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* Maintain high levels of client care and compliance throughout the process.
Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
* Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work within a team environment.
