You ensure all personal clothing, bedding, linens, towels and dining fabrics are cared for with precision, respect and pride. Laundry is an essential part of the resident experience — supporting identity, comfort, presentation, infection control and the overall feel of the home. Your care directly influences how residents feel each day and how families perceive the home. This is not simply operational work; it is meaningful work that protects dignity, enhances comfort and creates a home that feels fresh, safe and well‑cared for.
