The Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for leading strategic sales efforts across the UK market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll be expected to prospect, engage, and close complex enterprise deals, while working closely with internal teams to shape and refine the GTM motion.
* Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to close
* Lead strategic discovery and create value-driven solutions for senior stakeholders
* Use storytelling and challenger techniques to communicate impact
* Leverage structured methodologies such as MEDDIC throughout the sales process
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success
* Maintain strong forecast accuracy and operate with urgency and ownership
What Does Success Look Like? Building a healthy outbound-driven pipeline, consistently exceeding quota, and delivering long-term value for enterprise customers.
What You’ll Bring:
* 5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experience
* A proven track record of exceeding monthly and/or quarterly targets
* Experience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Data, Ops)
* Strong outbound prospecting and PG campaign skills
* Familiarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)
* Excellent storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skills
* Degree calibre with a curious, structured, and high-performance mindset
