Fostering global collaboration: Act as a liaison between Content and Comms professionals in the UK and South Korea (where our parent company is based), facilitating effective collaboration to ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality content in local and global markets. To set up regular communication channels to gather input, insights, and ideas. Frequent communication with the football agents to constantly seek collaboration content with football players. Team management: Manage and develop a team of three content and communications professionals to oversee the timely creation of impactful content that promotes the brands reputation across owned, earned, and paid media channels. Content strategy and planning: Development of YouTube channel's B2B content strategy tailored to our audiences, managing the rollout of this strategy, including; maintaining content calendars, managing editorial plans, and liaising with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and commitment from the business. Project managing content creation: Manage project and guide Content Executives to create engaging and entertaining content that showcases the YouTube challenge videos. This includes producing TikTok, Shorts, Reels, Community posts, videos, ideation of challenge videos, managing Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other content formats. Skills, know-how, and experience: Must have: Fluent English speaker (For communication with our partners) Proficiency in Korean language preferred (For communication with the parent company in Korea) University graduate (bachelors degree) Work experience in the YouTube industry for at least 3 years Ability to build working relationships quickly, both internally and externally. A passion and broad knowledge of football and sports brands as well as the YouTube industry is a must
