Must Have’s
* A confidence to learn and be trained
* A good attitude and work ethic
* A great telephone manner, there will be some occasions you will answer calls
* Strong IT skills and an accuracy when recording data

Nice to Have’s
* Background in customer service, sales support or logistics
* Familiarity with order processing, tracking, and shipment coordination
* Experience supporting retail or ecommerce customers

So, what will you be doing?
* Administrative tasks based around order processing and tracking of stock and shipments
* Managing shared inboxes and responding to customer queries in a timely manner
* Liaising with the supply chain team for stock updates and demand forecasting
* Supporting internal projects and resolving queries
* Reviewing content and data across reseller websites
* Performing general office administration and filing duties
