Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid position for an IT Technician, with the flexibility of working from home. The IT Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, providing troubleshooting and support across various IT systems and networks. Additional responsibilities include offering exceptional customer service, delivering training, and collaborating with team members to improve IT infrastructure and services. The role involves onsite and remote assistance for clients, ensuring timely and effective support.
Qualifications
* Experience in Troubleshooting and Technical Support, including diagnosing and solving hardware and software issues mainly with Microsoft Suite. Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Network Troubleshooting.
* Knowledge of Information Technology systems, networks, and related infrastructure.
* Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients.
* Experience in providing Training to end-users on IT systems and tools.
* CompTIA or similar IT certifications are a plus.
* Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Familiarity with cloud technology and cyber security best practices is highly desirable.
