Join Our Team as a Positive Behaviour Support Worker - Drivers Only
Location:
Waterlooville, Hampshire
Salary:
£12.60 per hour (£24,570 pro-rata) plus benefits.
Hours:
37.5 hours per week, 14-hour shifts from 7.30am to 9.30pm, Monday to Sunday (on a two-week rolling rota basis, including every other weekend).
Contract:
Full-time, Permanent
Driving Requirement:
A valid full UK driving license is essential. You will be required to drive an automatic vehicle.
Right to Work:
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer skilled worker visas.
Essential Criteria
You should demonstrate experience in:
* Autism and Learning Disabilities
* Behaviours that Challenge
* Positive Behaviour Support
* Eating Disorders or Nutritional Requirements, ideally ARFID
* UK Drivers License

* Social Engagement: Facilitating participation in activities, hobbies, and community events.
* Respect & Dignity: Ensuring respectful and dignified treatment for all supported individuals and their families.
