We are seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to carry out a variety of building maintenance and repair tasks. The role involves working across multiple trades to ensure high-quality workmanship and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Perform repairs and maintenance across trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, tiling, and decorating
* Respond to job orders and complete tasks to specification and deadline
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
* Work independently or as part of a team on domestic and commercial properties
Ideal requirements
* Proven experience in multiple trades
* Relevant qualifications or certifications desirable
* Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Full UK driving licence may be required
