What will you be doing?
* Developing annual sales strategies and targets alongside distributors
* Identifying growth opportunities across new products, launches and markets
* Monitoring sales performance, order frequency and revenue growth
* Analysing sales data and market trends to support commercial decisions
* Supporting forecasting and demand planning activity
* Building strong relationships with international distributors and sales partners
* Leading regular business reviews and performance discussions
* Representing the brand at trade shows, meetings and market visits
* Ensuring brand and merchandising standards are maintained across markets
* Supporting product launches and marketing initiatives with partners
* Working with supply chain teams to resolve logistics and fulfillment issues
