Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:
Welcoming guests and providing a positive first impression
Taking orders and delivering food and drinks to a high standard
Maintaining a clean, organised and inviting front of house area
Supporting service during busy periods to ensure smooth operation
Working closely with the kitchen and wider team
Ensuring guests feel looked after throughout their visit
