The role:
* Within our Financial Services Risk practice, the Banking Non-Financial Risk & Regulatory Transformation team works with banking and capital markets clients on risk and regulatory programmes. This growing team of over 120 covers retail, wholesale, and capital markets, working across Front Office, Risk, Compliance, and Finance functions.

* You will be passionate about client service and the dynamic nature of banking. We value individuals excited about tech-enabled working and transformative technologies like AI.
What your days will look like:
* Recent projects include trading supervision reviews, design and implementation of Non-Financial Risk functions, transformation initiatives, controls environment enhancement, sustainability reporting, governance reviews, and regulatory remediation.
You will lead various projects, build expertise, deliver value, and develop client relationships. You’ll enjoy new challenges and expand your skills.
The skills and experience we’re looking for:
* Experience in financial services risk and control projects from consulting, banking, or regulatory backgrounds.
* Understanding of risk management requirements in wholesale banks or similar.
* Experience with senior stakeholders, developing relationships, and providing management insights.
* Technical experience in non-financial risk, sustainability, or controls in banking.
* Willingness to learn and innovate client propositions.
* Proven success in managing change projects, monitoring progress, and budgets.
* Experience managing junior teams and developing technical skills.
* Strong commercial awareness, reporting skills, and leadership experience.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including presentation and report writing.
* Ability to work under pressure, handle ambiguity, and be agile across projects.
* Good judgment and issue escalation skills.
* Attention to detail, analytical and presentation skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI/Tableau).
