Position: Director, EMEA Channel Sales
We are seeking a Director, EMEA Channel Sales to drive overall channel revenue across all products, support, and services. The role involves developing and leveraging a network of channel partners to ensure coverage across focus markets and segments.
What you'll do:
* Drive regional sales leadership, sales & SE, and marketing teams to align with Gigamon’s channel strategy.
* Contribute to channel partner enablement and certification programs.
* Build and maintain relationships with executive VP and C-level stakeholders across the EMEA partner network.
* Enhance the Gigamon brand’s strategic value through channel marketing activities.
* Identify white space opportunities and build a sales pipeline within the region.
* Manage the EMEA channel team and national reseller account team.
* Collaborate with internal and external teams to grow revenue and market share.
* Design and execute channel programs and campaigns with EMEA channel marketing.
* Oversee partner business planning, set objectives, targets, and milestones.
* Conduct quarterly business reviews with top partners.
* Provide business visibility and weekly updates to VP WW Channel.
* Develop localized strategies based on regional business dynamics.
* Manage SFDC for partners and deal registrations.
* Build relationships with technology vendors and alliance partners to identify opportunities.
* Coordinate between partners and sales teams to generate opportunities.
* Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
* Prepare presentations, territory plans, and reports.
Who you are:
* Experienced in managing channel programs and relationships in high-tech products.
* Knowledge of networking, data center, and security technologies is a plus.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, high energy, capable of working independently.
* Willing to travel up to 50% within the territory.
