The Opportunity
We're looking for a talented Stress Engineer to join our Wing Plant Engineering Team (PET). You'll be part of a supportive group of technical specialists and engineering leads, working together to find innovative solutions for Airbus wing products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Perform static structural analysis on composite and metallic aircraft structures.
2. Analyse and validate components for static strength, fatigue, and damage tolerance, producing strength margins and reserve factors using Airbus methods.
3. Provide stress analyses for the repair and acceptance of metallic and composite/hybrid structures.
4. Ensure all work meets airworthiness requirements for aircraft structures.
