As a Deputy Nurse Manager you'll:
Monitor standards of care delivered by all staff.
Support the Home Manager with policy implementation and business objectives.
Prepare staff rotas to ensure optimal staffing levels.
Monitor residents' wellbeing and ensure care plans are up to date.
Act as a focal point for residents, families, and healthcare professionals, addressing concerns and ensuring high standards of care.
Role includes 2 days leading on the floor, and allocated supernumerary daysPackage and Benefits:
The Deputy Nurse Manager role includes:
Hourly rate of £23 - circa £57,000+ per year
48 hours per week, including weekends on a rota.

A valid NMC PIN and RGN / RMN qualification.
Strong leadership skills with a highly motivated approach.
Experience in dementia care and managing safeguarding investigations.
Previous experience working in a care home environment as Senior Nurse, Clinical Lead, Deputy, or Home Manager
Excellent organisational, written, and verbal skills.
