You will also lead trials and build strong, trusted relationships with key accounts, distributors, and industry influencers to support regional growth and performance. Responsibilities:
* Provide technical expertise and support to customers, internal teams, and partners, contributing to product innovation and effective solutions
* Support commercial growth by building strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and increasing product awareness and usage
* Deliver trials, training, and technical messaging to support market development, ensuring clear and consistent communication of product value
* Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies, enhance customer experience, and achieve regional and UK objectives
* Manage territory and account activity through effective planning, regular engagement, and accurate reporting to maximise performance and meet targets
* Maintain industry knowledge and compliance by staying informed on market trends, competitor activity, and regulations, while adhering to company policies and standards
Qualifications:

* Proven experience and background within the dairy sector
